A Spanish product manufactured in Brazil. It is a partnership between TECNOR Group and a Spanish company which, for many years, was a market leader with conventional palletizing. It has been over 20 years some of them were installed in Brazil and they still work perfectly. Sturdiness would be the best definition for this machine, and its use and functioning are easy.
The boxes arrive through a conveyor belt that is positioned on the direction it is programmed then, they enter the pre-layer area where it is done the layer positioning outside the palletizer. This pre-layer, when done, is sent to a platform for stacking. The ciclo is repeated layer by layer following the program set, until it reaches the maximum amount on the pallet. A great advantage it has from the conventional equipment is that it does not need a claw, what could be a problem.
